Day 1 at Cardigan

It was a cold sunday morning and I had big plans on my mind. The 1st session of kids going to hike Mount cardigan are leaving today and I got to be a part of them! Once all of us arrived we jumped onto the bus ready to start this adventure. We sang songs, laughed, and watched how the environment around us changed significantly. As we got farther away from the towns and cities we saw that the land we created has had a big impact on how we live. We made roads to drive on and busses to drive with, we created trails to climb and lodges to sleep in. Without it we would look feel and BE very different. At the end of the night the bed that i didnt even end up sleeping on was very comfy, luckily the floor wasnt half bad either. All in all this first day and night was a great start to the trip and I would LOVE to do it all again!
